About Me !

Let me introduce myself. My name is Christina. I am a wife and the mother of two wonderful and energetic boys. When my first-born turned one, I wanted him to have an amazing first birthday cake. (Not that he would know the difference, let alone remember at that age.) And there it started. I've been making cakes for family and friends ever since.

My friends kept telling me that I should consider baking and decorating cakes for a living. Well, they finally convinced me. I started Simply Sweet Bakery in January 2005. I love being able to bring something sweet and memorable to those around me and their special events.
